"Never burn bridges" It's a golden rule in the corporate world either in educational system. It has been a privilege for me working for an International School for the past 2 years and now again I'm back. I'm back but as a part time nga lang. haha. Anyway I'm glad that the school I've been working with now is finally accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and I just can imagine how these people in this institution are overwhelmed. Again, its not an overnight success. It took years and years of preparations, full of what ifs and doubts. But because of determination, full of hope and faith in God, the biggest challenge yet was been surpassed. Before, the owner of the school would always tell us to believe, believe, believe in your dreams and dream big! And now I am amazed how this little dream becomes a reality and I am happy because I am a witness how the school struggled for it. Despite of the hear says and rumors, I still find a little light beyond darkness. (mehganon). I will not be surprised if one day will turn to become "the next big" thing in Muntinlupa. or even in the Philippines and Korea.
I would like to express my gratitude to the people who never closed the door and gave me the opportunity to teach again in the school where it all began. This school is a life changing school. A career-shifter as well lol. Meeting new people and colleagues are such a big experience for me and it feels good. However, I hope they will like me too. And of course, meeting my former colleagues as well makes me reminisce the good old times with the two batches of teachers I've worked with. HAHA I may look quiet for now pero it's still too early to judge. 10 months to go and I just can't help myself but to be excited to work again with these "new breed of teachers" as the school would describe and I am looking forward for new students, challenges and successes in this coming school year. Thank you MITIS. :)
